Charts Plugins Value Expression Help!

Hello again, another quick bit of advice please, i have installed a Charts Plugin but cant get how to get the values i am getting the labels successfully…how can produce chart reports for Text Data gathered and to use the count function… I can send screen shot of error message when i get time to log in to source code.

Sorry, its Chart Elements. here is a screen shot of the part i am struggling with, how do i get the value expression from text to count the number of times to produce a chart… (ie how many times a certain location is entered.)

Hello, any help appreciated as above message, i cant find the right expression, how can i convert a text field to count as it wont let me in the above option.
