Desperately trying to remove 2fa from agency account. It’s been confirmed as removed twice by support. But it still is there.
I am a new joiner and to date have never be able to login. Browser cookies have been cleared. I have been waiting since last week for a technical person to call to no avail.
I have been endlessly emailing support all week with no resolution or sign of anything sensible in the pipeline. No call an engineer was supposed to call just endless emails!. Going through the same steps repeatedly but no resolution. I cannot start?? I cannot work? I cannot learn? I cannot earn? Your billing me for this agency account? Urgent assistance needed!!
A lady called Anna kindly intervened. But still no resolution nor call!! However I keep ending up with a bot. Or someone new free everytime so I have to start again and again and again and again! My experience has been frustrating to say the least & quite frankly shocking.
How abouts you create me a new account port over what I have. New account no 2fa

Security & bubble is no good when the primary account holder cannot get in. I have had enough of your endless id checks (satisfied you 4 times).
Seriously; Stop it and get the job done! Remove 2fa call me to make sure it’s done. Telling me it’s done & it still being there is not helpful.
