I no longer have access to my Agency account (and therefore all my applications) for the past 3 days.
I was ejected from my Bubble dashboard: I’m being asked to enter an MFA code, but I never registered an MFA code for my Bubble account (I don’t even know what format it should be in—characters, digits, special characters, etc.). I understand that MFA is now mandatory for Agency accounts, but since I was never prompted to set one up for my account…
I contacted support on Friday, and they asked me to do a reset: the password reset works fine, but it doesn’t resolve the issue of the unknown MFA code.
Now I am having difficulty reaching support: I have no access at all to my Agency dashboard and all my applications (my work tools). I find this worrying for an Agency account, which manages a budget for my small business…
Has anyone encountered this problem before, and do you know who to contact in technical support?
Every hour that passes without access to my Bubble account causes me to lose money and puts me in a difficult position with my clients.
