Connect to open wifi (Network)

Hi, Thanks for the help in advance,
I there a way to connect to wifi from within bubble?
So my users get a popup with neaby wifi connections, and by clicking on one they automaticaly connect. if it is protected, they provide the passwor.

Can this be done in bubble?

I doubt this is possible. Since Bubble is building web apps, the user would already need to be connected to the internet in order for the Bubble app to load.
