Construct a date from dropdowns month-day-year

Is it possible to concatenate dropdown values from Month Day Year into a date?

I’ve tried the available date picker plugins, but they’re not right for my use.

In your result box (text field) do:

Current time change year in (select drop-down year) change day in (select drop-down day) …

Now you have the right date.
