Copying dates in the calendar

I have a table reservation portal.
1 - How can I set up a calendar so that I can add multiple Mondays at one time, rather than clicking each Monday (or other day) separately.

2 - In the database, can I somehow copy the dates from March to April? so as not to complete each day.
