Could not import users with emails from CSV

Hi! I’m trying to upload user list from CSV and I getting this problem. Pop-up says "The following entries could not be uploaded [{row:{},“message”:“Please include an email”},{row:{},“message”:“Please include an email”},{row:{},“message”:“Please include an email”},{row:{},“message”:“Please include an email”}] " My CSV file includes normal emails without additional symbols.

After that I tried to upload CSV with tab-separators. In this attempt bubble said for only one row: "The following entries could not be uploaded [{row:{SPECIFIED ALL DATA IN THIS ROW},“message”:“Please include an email”}. I re-entered email in this row and tried again. In this attempt bubble said what emails from CSV already in use. But users table is empty!!!

What i am doing wrong? Please help.

It’d be helpful to see a snapshot of the CSV. Or at least reproduce the CSV with pretend emails so we can see how you’ve got it all set up.
