Upload CSV issue

Hi, I am trying to upload a CSV file and i am getting this problem, the pop up says: "The following entries could not be uploaded [{},{}] "

Fisrt I exported a CSV from bubble and use that same file to insert the info I want to upload, but not lucky so far,

What i am doing wrong? please help.
