Create a fixed group on the page, containing icons

Hello/evening everyone, I’m looking to create a fixed group containing icons to redirect the user to different pages of my site, similar to Instagram. However, I’m having trouble fixing the group on the page so that the user can scroll down the page and keep the group visible and fixed at the bottom of the page. By the way, is using a group the best solution for this? Thanks in advance

You can create header that stick to tops always regardless of the page scroll or footer that is always at the bottom.
