Create a list from repeating group of checkboxes

I am trying to create a new entry when the submit button where the following data is needed.

This issue I am having is sending the multiple checkbox corresponding values as a list to the Store Category field.

I was able to send a single category to the category field, however I am trying to have multiple categories,

For example, as below, I want Ramen to be listed in Noodles, Instant Noodles and Soup

Not sure what I’m missing.

Have you had much experience with custom states?

You could have a list of categories of an element and then add that list of categories to the ramen data thing.

The alternative is a workflow with add to ramen: x, add to ramen: x, add to ramen: x
