Create a thing for each user in a list

Hello !

I am trying to create a thing per user on list when I sign up a user, and I don’t see how to make it work… Can someone help ?
I am relatively new to Bubble so I don’t really know how everything works, so, I am sorry if the topic is already covered ! Oh, and I am on a Personal plan, if that can help.
