I didn’t experienced it, but you could probably create a field for the users that would be a “yes/no” type. Then you could create a button that changes this field to true or false (depending on the actual entry). Finally, on the items of your site (the ones you wan to change the color to dark or light), click on them and go to the “Conditional” menu, and add a conditions that makes the color/text/image/anything change depending on what entry the user had select (dark/light theme).
