Can I achieve this native in bubble? Maybe HTML element? Let say to this a group element with background image
In a magic world, i just do this
and I get and overlay of that value on top of the background image

It does get better but i still have an issue, where even if i superpose
i get this glitch
Ok, solved thanks to Andrew at support team.
There was some text element making the heights behave not predictably. So i was recommended to put the texts elements INSIDE the overlay element, not on the element to be overlaid
