You guys. I am at a loss. I want to layer text on top of an image. Is that so much to ask for, Bubble?!?! I want to layer text on an image (not above, below, or next to), and ideally I’d like to avoid using the Fixed layout option because it’s just not responsive.
I feel like I’m missing something super fundamental here.
There are a few simple ways to do this depending on exactly what you’re trying to achieve
One option is to simply have the group background as the image - then you can use any responsive layout type you want (column, row, align to parent) and overlay your text using a text element inside the group.
Another option is to use a group with Align To Parent layout and position your image and text as required.
Do you have any references for the group background as the image?? I just sifted through my usual YouTubers who offer Bubble tips and haven’t been able to find it.
In the meantime, I will definitely try Align to Parent. Thank you for the direction!
