Current User Unique ID in Privacy Rules

In Privacy Rules it is not possible to reference the Current User Unique ID field. For some cases, like a non-registered user Privacy Rule through verification of access, the current user unique ID is needed to store onto the Protected Thing, since it is not possible in backend workflows to save the current user when the user is not logged in. It would be good if we can reference in privacy rules a current user unique id is equal to some field value on the Protected Thing, which will reduce the need to create a field to mimic the unique ID and therefore incurring WU charges that could easily be avoided.
