Many of the things I want to change are pretty simple. I went through a Bubble course and learned a lot, but there are still many things I can’t do or figure out.
I’d love to work with someone that might also be able to occasionally do a Loom video to explain how they did/accomplished certain things in Bubble. That would be a huge bonus

Would you consider doing one-on-one sessions to help you to learn how to modify it yourself? I would be able to walk you through things in your project so you can keep building off of what you learned in your course. Some of my clients book me a couple of times a week to work on their project together when they get stuck and need to ask questions. The sessions help you advance much faster than if you were to struggle finding the questions yourself.
