Data type with User field, only showing unique ID

Hi guys! How are you doing?

I’m working with a datatype named “Conversacion”, that includes the fields of this photo:

However, when I want to show information about the “trainer” in a text, it brings nothing. I tried with the field Persona (who is the Current User) and had no problems, but when I want to show the name of the trainer, it is empty. What confuses me is that if I want to show the unique id of the trainer, it works, but just that field.

I hope I have made myself clear.
