Debug bar covers up bottom floating group

I’ve got a floating group at the bottom of the page, optimizing for a mobile experience. It’s a navigation bar, so I need to click on it to navigate. It’s covered up by the debugging bar.

Is there a way to adjust this or is it a bug?

this is the footer that you should be able to see if the debugger wasn’t in the way

Had the same issue once.
We debugged while the FG was attached to somewhere else, and did the UX testing without the debugger.
