Delete image in database

Hello,
I am deleting an image from the file manager using delete Upload File.
The image remains recorded in the database.

How do I delete field image from database simultaneously.

You can do that within a workflow. remove image from the data then delete it from the file manager.

Yes, I do this.
The image is deleted from the file manager but remains stored within the database field.

Use a make changes to a thing action, change the relevant image field, and just leave its value empty.
