Deleting a Date from a table field

I have a date field in a Table and I want to be able to click an Icon on a page to delete the date from that field.

I started a workflow when I click on the Icon, but I can’t work out how to delete the data. I presume I should me using the “Make changes to” Workflow, but I can’t see how to delete the date after that.

This is probably simple but I can’t work it out.

Leave the field empty.

Thank you. That was alarmingly simple (as I thought it would be) but I would never have thought to try that!
