Timeline: 3 weeks

Features Required:
• UI Design/Template
• Input forms for data entry
• User Registration & Login
• Two levels of access: Admin & user
• The admin should be able to toggle permissions for the user.
• Bubble map visualization of data (obtained from calculations of entered data)
• Automatic dark/Light mode according to system setting
