Did deploy but there nothing at Test Flight

I followed the documentation for the iOS deploy.

In the settings, I configured only:

  • Bundle ID – which I got from the app information (something like com.mycompany.myapp)
Team ID – which I found in the membership details on the Apple Developer site
Key ID – which I got by creating an API key; I copied the Key ID after generating the key
Issuer ID – found in the same place as the Key ID above, after creating the API key
Private Key – also in the same place; once I created the key, I downloaded the .p8 file and uploaded it to Bubble where required

After completing all these steps, I did the web and native deploy. The 45-minute message appeared, the build process ran, and the status changed to “Released”, but even after 6 hours, nothing appeared in TestFlight.

Did I do something wrong? Do I need any information beyond those 4 inputs and the .p8 file?

+1 here. would appreciate support + flagged same issue yesterday here in the forum

Hey! Just log in to your App Store Connect, go to the TestFlight tab, fill out the compliance info (should say manage compliance or something like that) for your app, and hit Save. After that, your build should show up.

If it still doesn’t show:

  • Go to the Testers section on the left side under the same TestFlight tab.
  • Add your Apple ID as a tester.
  • You’ll get an email from Apple — just download the TestFlight app, and you’ll see the option to install your app there.

Hey @alundor !!

Thanks for your answer!!

Are you mean this test informations tab?

No, above, where it says “Testers”, you have to add internal testers, make a tester group by clicking a plus on the button above, give group a name (e.g. Testers), and click create, then, click on the group you just created and click plus near the name of your test group, and add yourself!

Right

But the problem is that there is nothing on TestFlight. 0 compilation to test. I dont know if it is a problem on deploy or something that I did wrong. What do you think?

@alundor

Hey, then it is probably an error with a key you pasted in bubble deployment page, Key, issuer or other ID’s you have to get from apple, did you double check if you made every key correctly in the Apple Appstore Connect? and if you pasted them correctly?
