Should I bother to disable an element for a particular User permission type if it is already not visible?
Is this over-engineering, belt and suspenders?
Does it slow things down?
Is it worth the added protection for sensitive info/action?
You could ask that question in the optimization thread.
I assume if it’s a security matter then the correct answer is “Yes, do anything and everything that might protect the information, even if it seems redundant.” But I dunno if maybe invisible elements might not be loaded at all in some cases.
