I am registring a domain in Namecheap, to link it to my Bubble page.
There I have the options to buy a SSL certificate and Premium DNS.
Should I buy them, or Bubble provides SSL & DNS?

You don’t need SSL as Bubble provides it. Not sure what you get with premium DNS but I’m with Namecheap for my Bubble app and I never bothered with it.
It’s not a lot of money so go for it.
DDoS protection is not needed because Bubble utilizes Cloudflare for DDoS protection and can mitigate DDoS attacks.
