I’ve noticed that the plugin doesn’t work when it’s placed in a popup and used on mobile. When I placed it normally on the page, it works perfectly (desktop & mobile). However, as soon as I use it in a popup, it works on desktop. But on mobile, while I can select the element, I can’t reorder.
Device: iPhone 15 Pro Max
iOS: 26.4.2
Browser: Safari, Chrome, and Google (all tested)

The plugin element configuration inside the popup
The popup layout/settings
The workflow that triggers/displays the popup on the page
Also, it would be very helpful to know what exactly happens on the user-facing side when the popup is displayed on mobile. For example, does the element become visible but dragging/reordering doesn’t respond, does it freeze, or does anything else happen visually?
Once we have these details, we’ll be able to better understand the setup and check what may be affecting the plugin behavior inside the popup on mobile.

Were you able to grab those screenshots of your plugin configuration, popup layout, and the triggering workflows? Any extra details on exactly what happens visually when you try to drag the element on mobile would also be incredibly helpful.
