In several different routines in my system, with different users on different systems, I have noticed that the bubble occasionally, and recently more frequently, unintentionally duplicates records, where the user only performs a confirmation, but the bubble duplicates this information in the table!
I would like to know if this is unique to me or has anyone else experienced this bug!
I haven’t seen that happen without it being my own bug. Maybe you can post a screenshot of the workflow in question so we can see the logic? Might be helpful.
This occurs on at least 3 different pages in 3 different processes with equally different users! It also occurs occasionally, so I wonder if there are other bubble users experiencing the same problem! The inclusion routine is simple! I imagine that there must be some internal control in Bubble that is generating the duplication in the eventual handling of a problem in the workflow processing, where Bubble tries to regenerate the record that detected that there was some failure, but in fact there was none, causing the duplication!
Our system is under heavy use, we have more than 91,000 orders made with more than 410,000 items!
This problem occurred in approximately 800 items! The % is not high, but there must be some transaction control problem that is duplicating records internally. Because it could never duplicate things!
I’m not sure how to test it for you. I haven’t come across that issue before, but I’m not sure what you’re doing in your workflow to make this happen. Can you give me more details or share a screenshot?
