Error connecting to MYSQL server

Hi,

We have an issue connecting with MYSQL server.

_Connection issue Connection attempt failed: Access denied for user_ ‘xyz’@‘ec1-xxx.us-west-2.compute.amazonaws.com’ (using password: YES)

Any ideas.

you need to go to settings > general > make the app public (view not edit).

This issue is resolved. Resolution :

The amazonaws is our bubble server (I thought its the target server). Log on to your target server and white list it by adding that to your server on the remote host.
