Error in dropdown list

Hi there

I am facing an error when I create a dropdown list. My databases has two users as shown in the image below:

I want to create a dropdown list in my user’s page where they can create a team and add members from the list of users. This is the image of the dropdown option I have created to list all users.

However, when I preview, I get only the name of the current user that is logged in in the dropdown and not the second user also.

Can some one please help me with where I am going wrong?

  1. How do you have your “Do a search for…” setup in your dropdown?

  2. Have you checked your privacy rules?

No problem! :blush:

It looks like your dropdown data setup is correct. To test my theory on a possible privacy rules issue, can you check the “View all fields” and “Find in searches” for everyone? If you can view it after that, it means it’s a privacy rules issue.
