Error when try to get an app plan

We are trying to get an app plan, but when we click on “upgrade” we recive this message:

I investigated the error trying figure out if error is from Stripe, but no. Error
it’s really from Bubble

I’m having the same issue

I’ve also tried upgrading through the home screen and that also throws an error. Card declined. Has happened on three different cards from two different banks. I first raised this issue with support about 3 weeks ago. Still no resolution, and I still can’t pay or launch.
