Expand Google Map to full view on button click

Hi guys,

I was wondering whether it is possible to expand Google Maps to the full view (as shown below) on button click, rather than the native expand button at the top right corner of the map (see image). I was also wondering whether it is possible to remove the “MAP” and “SATELLITE” buttons at the top left of the map?

If I’m not mistaken, I’ll probably need to edit the CSS and add a bit of custom code to achieve this. If anyone has achieved this, please let me know.
