Experienced Bubble developer needed for SaaS MVP

The project

I am building a specialist SaaS management platform for healthcare professionals working in the maternity and perinatal space. The platform will serve users across the UK, US, Australia, Canada and Dubai.

This is a meaningful, real-world product with a strong existing audience and a clear route to launch. Full details including the complete product specification, will be shared under NDA with shortlisted applicants.

What needs building

An MVP web application (PWA) built in Bubble, with the following core components:

• Multi-role user accounts (three distinct professional role types)

• Client/case management with relational data across multiple modules

• Structured clinical data entry forms with many field types

• Pipeline / CRM workflow (kanban board, lead tracking)

• Calendar and scheduling

• Invoicing with multi-currency and country-specific tax rules

• File management and document storage

• Resource library with contextual delivery to end clients via email

• Multi-region localisation — terminology, currency and compliance by country

Required integrations

• Stripe — subscription billing

• SendGrid or Mailgun — transactional email

• PDF generation plugin — invoices and record export

Who I am looking for

Important

This is a complex, data-heavy application. Please only apply if you have built multi-role, relational SaaS or CRM applications in Bubble before. Portfolio examples are required.

• Proven experience with complex Bubble data models and relational structures

• Multi-user role-based permission systems

• Stripe subscription integration

• API integrations (email, PDF generation)

• Strong UI sensibility — your work should look polished and professional

I think it would be worth a chat. First, is this going to need to be HIPAA compliant? We can discuss what might be needed and if it’s worth it for you if it is required. :blush:

What about HIPAA compliance ? Bubble is not HIPAA-compliant so you can’t use it for a Healthcare project where you store patient information.

What are you talking about , it clealry states in the brief “UK, US, Australia, Canada and Dubai” HIPPA only applys to the US unless you are storing pdata for enterties that are

Hi Marley would advise skipping the US if you’re using Bubble at all as it won’t be compliant, even with a separate database - don’t let someone tell you it is!

Not really. Bubble can’t be used even as a frontend only. The patient information will appear in the logs so it won’t be compliant.

I can actually help with HIPAA compliance but it will not be cheap. :blush: Talk to me if you need HIPAA compliance on Bubble.
