Does anyone know the best way to export RGs to Excel? I’m open to using a paid plugin as long as it’s efficient.

You will definitely need a plugin for this. Most likely you won’t export the repeating group itself, but rather the data from your database. The highest rated one is this one:

Another paid one I used and works really well also is this plugin:
The latter I used it to export images in the excel sheet and it did a good job.
it’s worth mentioning finally that there is a hard limit in the size of the data to be exported and it’s 6 MB, if the data size to be exported is above this limit, you will recieve an error.
There’s a workaround for this limitation that I applied in one of the applications I developed and it’s now downloading larger data sizes smoothly.
