No, there isn’t (and even if the export feature was disabled, you can still export an app in many other ways)
Yeah, don’t lock the bank vault because there are other ways to steal the money. Bubble should disable it even if there are other ways. A lot of times security is just about making it harder to do something malicious rather than completely eliminating every possible way.
