Expression Parentheses changing existing conditions?

Continuing the discussion from Monthly Community Update – September 2025:

A little late to the party as I’ve not checked the forum for some time. The above from josh is great news.
Can anyone shed some insight on if when I toggle the ‘expression parentheses’ feature if it changes the existing logic of AND, AND, OR expressions or only for expressions that I write newly and explicitly put parentheses to group e.g. (AND) OR (AND) expressions?

It won’t change any conditionals, it does group your conditionals correctly. If a complex conditional ends up grouped wrongly, it just means that it was already wrong in the first place.

Yes, this is very true.

I did turn them off because it caused another bug. I have one section that uses a lot of mathematical formulas.

Maybe I’ll go back and try to figure out if it was me causing the bug (high likelihood) when I get more time. It’s the busiest time of the year right now in the business world, so that may have to wait a while :upside_down_face:
