How can I accomplish a file upload? The component doesn’t exist in the editor, and I can’t figure out how to add a plugin to the mobile builder…
We currently just have an uploader built into a page that we’re loading in as a webview. This should work?

Yes, I find that WebViews can be blank for a long time before loading.
I use a pre-loader spinner gif on the non-Native web page (which loads pretty quickly before ‘the real Bubble Loaders’ would start) to give better user feedback that something is happening.
The webview element is also very slow on my end.
I highly suggest using the Webview plugin by No Code Venture : Webview (React Native) Plugin | Bubble
It’s way faster, and offers way more functionalities. Bonus thing 
: If you load a webview of your own bubble app, the user gets logged in automatically !
