Filtered RG is still showing blank rows - WHY?

I have a database with “parts” that make up an item

Car, Ford, Focus, tiresA
Car, Ford, Focus, EngineB
Car, Ford, Focus, SeatsD
Car, Ford, Focus, Price!

I want to have a RG that just shows the specific Car and its Price. I have filtered out the data to show just the chosen cars Price BUT, Like always there is that one piece that causes hours of head scratching… The filtered out items are showing as blanks in the RG…
