Fix horizontal scroll bar to the bottom of the screen

I have a kanban setup that I need to scroll horizontally when a person creates a new board. The issue is I need the scroll bar fixed to the bottom of the screen like a floating group.

Any ideas?

You can use some CSS to style the scrollbar

I don’t want to style it, I need to fix it to the bottom of the screen. As soon as one of my kanban board’s have a lot of cards on, the horizontal bar gets pushed further and further down the screen if that makes sense.
