Focus groups and popups

Hi new to bubble here. Was reading up on containers however, there are some questions which i would like to enquire.

  1. What do they mean by popup/group focus renders relative to element → does it mean, it’s dependant on the element and if you click only then will popup appear?

  2. From my understanding, group focus & popup is not design responsive hence we have to adjust the dimensions manually. Am I right to say this?

However, I came across some of the forum threads for focus groups, and it’s implying that group focus “renders relative to element” means it’ll dynamically adjust based on the element alignment?
