Forcing a new line in a button text

I did a search and found that this wasn’t possible a couple of years ago without a workaround but I’m wondering if/hoping it’s since been updated…

I want to split a button text across two rows. I see the workaround was to create a text element and make it look like a button but I’m not keen on this because I have a few buttons on the page in a column and I only want need this on one of them. For consistency, I don’t really want a text object in there - maybe it’s just me being inflexible about it but I’m hoping this functionality exists.

This is what I have

What I want is the same but the third button to say
“Use My App
As a Guest”
…ie with “As a Guest” on a second row because I prefer the spacing.

Any suggestions?

The simplest way is just to add more padding to the button…

Hey @joefarrowsmith ,

You can achieve this by doing the following:

  • Fixed width and height on the button
  • Add left and right padding to the button until the button label forces “As a Guest” to a second line (Layout Tab)
  • Adjust the line spacing (Appearance Tab)
