Picture uploader uploads the file with file format correctly via front-end, but GIF does not animate. It is as depicted below:

If I were to go to Data>File Manager; I’d see the file name with its file type. Clicking on the file name also shows a static image instead of the uploaded GIF.
My workflow is as follows:

For those looking for a solution - I found that disabling “Limit file size before uploading” solved my issue. With the option enabled; it compressed my images/GIF greatly, but it also caused GIFs to not animate.
The setting is found on the element PictureUploader:
Limit File Size Before Uploading
Just untick it & it should work.
