Issues with displaying gif with image element

I have issues with displaying gif on the page with the image element.
Anyone experiencing the same issue?

Here is what I have.

  1. I could upload the gif file. When I check the file manager, I can see the file. I can the gif images when I click the file name in the file manager.
  2. When I copy and paste the link of the dynamic image from another image element with gif that I previously uploaded, the gif file is displayed.
  3. The gif file I am uploading and cannot be displayed has smaller file size than the previous gif file I uploaded and being displayed.
  4. I use the same software to create a gif, so file format should be the same us the gif file that worked.

I am guessing there was some change in the image element, but I am not sure.
