Has anyone used HubSpot for chat support?

Trying to set up HubSpot as chat support, but cant seem to get it to work, can someone please point me in the right direction?

What are the instructions that Hubspot gives you?

Just paste a script in the body of the website and i use a HTML element but it still wont show up or connect

If it says body, you can do that via Settings > SEO, and under that there’s a code inject option for the HTML body
