I´m a not technical user. The thing is that I´m trying to add Crisp chatbox to my web app but I haven´t been able to do so. Need a quick reference step by step. Thanks!

Welcome to the forum! After signing up for Crisp, did they send you an email with the embed code? If so, you can place an HTML element on the page that you’d like the chatbox, and add that code. When you preview the page, the chatbox should display but let me know if not!
