I’m at a loss. Everything else is responsive except the floating group that is also a reusable element.
Check the responsive settings on the reusable element itself…both on the page and in the reusable element.
In the reusable element you need to make sure everything is responsive just like elements on a page.
Then when you place a reusable element onto a page, it needs to have the checkbox for fixed width unchecked just like other elements on the page.
