Help! Can't Preview for testing

Hey everyone,

My project was originally on a paid plan and then I took it off and just reinstalled it to time revert back to an older version.

I then cancelled my paid plan, but now I can’t preview it and I don’t know how to fix it… Please help!

Hey @andrew5 - try accessing your bubble dashboard directly (just bubble.is). See if the application appears there.

The likely issue you’re encountering is a result of removing the paid plan association. (When you were on a paid plan, you could have your own domain name (ie. app.supercityeats.com). However, when you downgraded, it removed the ability to view based on domain. The URL you used to access the application in your first screenshot was based on the app.supercityeats.com address instead of the basic bubble name (id=supermvp).

I’m seeing the same thing.
How do I tell bubble to stop trying to use the custom domain and go back to the default address?

[EDIT] Okay, there’s a line of text “delete this domain” that is a button even though it doesn’t look like a button.

A point of consideration. When you delete a domain name, it’s a good idea to also update the “A” records with your domain registrar and/or to set up forwarding.

Otherwise, if someone types in the custom domain name but you haven’t update the A records, your users will see this message:

{"statusCode":400,"message":"Oops! You've pointed [example.com] to Bubble, but we don't have an application associated with this domain yet!"}
