Error message when trying to preview page

I decided to stop paying for my paid plan temporarily while developing the web-app on the backend, but now when I try to preview the app it shows the following message:

*The domain foodresque.com is connected to a Bubble application, but the application’s plan does not offer a custom domain. *

If you are the owner of this app, please upgrade the app plan with Bubble to restore the connection.

Do I have to disconnect my custom domain and then reconnect once I resubscribe?

This seems quite cumbersome and I would certainly prefer another option

Disconnect it in the Bubble app. All the DNS etc will stay configured and will work basically straight away once you add it back in the domain sertings
