Help me develop a Template builder for document

Hi,

I am looking for someone that could help me create a template builder like the one from Pandadoc or documint.
The main part :

  • create the drag and drop and the component
  • be able to manage the component on the page
  • integrate the variables
  • structure the database
  • make it responsive
    I have already the spec. If you have work on something similar, please provide the reference.
