HELP! Need transparent PNG image stored in database

I’ve tried the tips in all available forum topics and can’t get this to work. Why would Bubble make something so simple so hard?

I have white outline custom icons stored as “images” in a database. I’ve tried PNG with transparency, PNG-24 and SVG. The PNGs render with an opaque background where the PNG is supposed to be transparent. The SVG loads as a white square.

I have tried to use ?ignore_imgix and can’t for the life of me figure out where to put this parameter.

Can someone please show me how to do this with a screenshot? I’ve wasted over an hour. :frowning: Sample PNG attached

I tried to put your png on a colored bg, it is not totally transparent, I tried with another png not the same behavior
