Help with Recording Phone Calls through the System in Bubble

Hello everyone,

I am developing an app in Bubble designed to enhance sales skills by analyzing sales calls and providing tips for improvement. My system allows users to upload transcripts of their sales calls, and I am planning to add a feature to record calls directly through the app to provide more accurate and automated analysis.

The issue I’m facing is that I am unable to record outgoing calls through the user’s phone, and I’m unsure how to capture both the user’s voice and the voice of the other party in the call (what’s heard from the speaker). I would like to know if there’s a way within Bubble or through an external API to record phone calls directly from the user’s phone and automatically upload them to the system.

Has anyone encountered a similar issue? I’d appreciate hearing any solutions or suggestions on how to approach this smoothly.

why not just use justcall or similar existing apps? plenty of apps handle this problem very well already

maybe you want to add some ai to it… well you could find an existing call recorder provider and the connect to their api to bolt it onto your bubble app

Thanks, Mitch! Im building a solution where each user can make calls directly through the app with their own dedicated number, and the calls are recorded and analyzed in my system. Im looking for an API that can handle this integration seamlessly. Any recommendations?
