VOIP integration

I’m looking to create a bubble.io app that can make and accept calls

only worry i have is bubble being able to communicate with the device/browser so that it can access the microphone?

Does anyone have experience with integrating a VOIP system that can make calls and communicate with the agent via a headset/device microphone?

This is possible, but probably easier if you use a service like AWS Connect that will handle the connection to the device. You will need to create your own plugin. We currently use it for one of my client and it work great. We also use AWS sentiment analysis for call and transcript. Even for voicemail.

There’s also a plugin that exist already for your case.
